Mr. Lombardo was born in Chicago, IL and has been an corporate finance attorney for 39 years. Before getting his J.D. degree in 1971 at Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, CA, he graduated from Loyola University, Westchester, California in 1966 as a double major in Political Science and History. He worked diligently for 6 years as a staff attorney until finally establishing Lombardo & Safford in 1977.
