Mr. Safford, a native Californian, has been an attorney for 25 years. Before getting his J.D. degree in 1975 from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, CA, he graduated from Cal State Los Angeles with a Bachelor's in Economics and then went on to get his Master's in Business Economics from U.C.L.A. in 1971.

Since 1975 Mr. Safford has become extremely adept in the areas of Probate Law, Estate Planning, General Business, especially Leasing and technology transactions, and Mental Health. Mr. Safford is also a member of the American Bar Association, the California State Bar Association, the Los Angeles Bar Association, and the Santa Monica Bar Association.
