Mr. Lombardo was born in Chicago, IL and has been an attorney for 28 years. Before getting his J.D. degree in 1971 at Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, CA, he graduated from Loyola University, Westchester, California in 1966 as a double major in Political Science and History. He worked diligently for 6 years as a staff attorney until finally establishing Lombardo & Safford in 1977.

Mr. Lombardo's experience is attributed to his practices since 1973 in Real Estate Finance, Mental Health, Estate Planning, Probate, Wills and Trusts, and General Business, including corporate, partnerships, and sales of businesses. Mr. Lombardo is a member of the American Bar Association, the California State Bar Association, the Los Angeles Bar Association, and the Santa Monica Bar Association.
